Father Horacio Casares, trained in a modern Jesuit seminary, has a dream: to go to Rwanda as a missionary. But he is assigned to Santo Antonio de Louredo, a small town of the Galician coast, to replace don Crisanto, the good old parish priest that has been there since forever. Horacio and his neighbours of Louredo will have to overcome their differences, learning to live together and to accept one another.
The locations are situated at Redes (Ares). Padre Casares (Father Casares) is one of the most successful TVG (Galician Television) series of the last years. At present it´s on its 5th season.
